Seersucker Suit
The suit is one that I waited to get for over a year. When it arrived I was NOT impressed with the quality of the suit for the price.
The old Haspel family maybe the originator of the seersucker suit but quality assurance, customer engagement and customer service are in need of serious review and overhaul.
My suit has unfinished and loosely stitched lining inside of the jacket as well as the jacket was not a true fit for the size I ordered. Ironically I ordered another seersucker from a competing vendor for 6 times less and the quality was on point for fit, finish and service.
I contacted Hspel about my disappointment and I did receive an email a few days later indicating I would receive a call from their customer service department however its been 2 months later and I've yet to hear from them. Unacceptable.
Be aware when you purchase the product the size may not be true and the stitch quality may leave you very concerned and disappointed.
